To ensure you’re happy with your final design, we require that you order a sample mug before placing a full order. If you choose not to order a sample, we cannot guarantee satisfaction with the design and will not offer refunds or replacements for custom mugs. A one-time $40 fee is required to create your custom logo stamp. However, if you order 25 or more mugs, your logo stamp is FREE! Please note that logo stamps take up to one week to be created once we receive your artwork. Be sure to factor in this additional time when planning your order.
